- Foster innovations with a direct impact on pharmaceutical technology advancements.
- Embody a product, service, or process that is original and potentially positively impacts patient care and National Health Systems, complies with regulations, and contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals.
- Be at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 3 and 7 and, if applicable, have secured IP rights and Freedom to Operate.
- Be described in a complete application.
